Floral Wreath Workshop @ The Loom Creative Studio
Join us to make a seasonal wreath with greenery, accents, dried flowers & plant dyed ribbon. The workshop, taught by local florist Josy Johnson, of Wild Vine Floral, will provide participants the techniques to create wreaths with the materials provided. Take home the wreath for your own seasonal décor or give as a gift!
The workshop will take place at the lovely Loom Creative Studio Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Floral Arrangement Workshop
Join florist Josy Johnson of Wild Vine Floral a
Sat Nov 15th, 11-2 at her home studio in East Austin
Josy will guide you through principals of naturalistic floral design, emphasizing texture, color harmony and the organic style of using seasonal sustainably grown flowers.
Take home your arrangement & new skills to make future arrangements.
Tools, vessel, flowers and light refreshments provided. Workshop is for all levels, from beginners to experienced floral enthusiasts.

Holiday Wreath Workshop
Join us to make a winter wreath with seasonal greenery, seasonal accents, dried flowers & plant dyed ribbon. The workshop, taught by local florist Josy Johnson, of Wild Vine Floral, will provide participants the techniques to create wreaths with the materials provided. You are welcome to bring gloves, and anything special you'd like to wire onto your wreath. The wreath base is made from local grapevines and when the wintergreens are done, the entire wreath is compostable or the wreath base can be reworked into a new wreath for a different season. Take home the wreath for your own seasonal decor or give as a gift!
Our instructor, Josy from Wild Vine Floral, started creating & arranging with her garden flowers in 2005 when she was staying home with her young children and teaching her own small preschool program. Love of natural decor and sustainable homestead choices morphed into starting a small business focused on locally grown flowers that focus on seasonality, natural, chemical-free and biodegradable materials.

Join us for an afternoon of welcoming spring with bouquet making. Together we will learn how to create a unique and sustainable wild style flower bouquet featuring local, seasonal, scented, and sustainably grown flowers & foliage. Local flowers that are grown, not flown and reflect our current Central Texas season.
Materials provided for the workshop include: a selection of local flowers, grasses, foliage, and other materials plus a pretty jar in which to build your arrangement. Take home or give as a gift to your mama!

Join us as we welcome Josy from Wild Vine Floral for an afternoon of welcoming spring and crafting. Together we will learn how to create a unique dried floral spring wreath using a variety of dried flowers and other materials to take home or give as a gift!
Materials provided for the workshop include: a handmade grapevine wreath, assortment of dried florals to make an asymmetrical wreath, dried assorted grasses, feathers, twine or wire, and natural plant-dyed ribbon. Known as 'everlastings', dried floral wreaths and arrangements can last for years if kept indoors.
Light refreshments provided by confituras little kitchen and BYOB. is encouraged!

Workshops are fully refundable with 2 weeks advance notice or if the host or venue has to cancel. A 50% refund is available if cancelling at least 6 days - 2 weeks. Please reach out with any questions.
